I got it this way, just like many others:
1) go in your Humble Bundle library
2) choose “Claim past purchases”, there should be Broken Age.
3) When you’re done go back to your Humble Library, scroll down and click on the link that says “Broken Age”. It doesn’t have any icons. This will bring you to the page where you can redeem the game on your Steam account.
