Habe eine Antwort von Polymega bekommen. So ganz versteh ich diese Antwort jetzt nicht. Raten die mir da wirklich noch etwas zu warten, bis WWD das letzte Kontingent abruft und mir meine Konsole liefert? Und wenn nicht, dann liefern die? Wie beweise ich denn, das ich nix bekommen habe?? Vielleicht kann jemand hier besser Englisch als ich.
"We are unfortunately in an odd position where WWD has promised to purchase all units to cover their pre orders but havent seen progress on this in months. We have set aside enough product from our stock that was originally planned for other marketing and promotional purposes since we never actually received any order for these units since their first shipment with us. We've also never received their payments for these remaining WWD orders.
WWD has acted as if they want to make good for their customers but months have gone by and we at Playmaji have yet to see any action from their team to settle their order. Last Friday was their deadline we had given them before our team was forced to take further action to protect our brand and our extremely patient supporters like yourself. We have the quantity of consoles now to cover these orders from WWD and will be working to make things right with customers like yourself if they cannot come to a resolution. So yes, we have units for customers like yourself in case they do the worst possible thing and disappear.
We apologize for the awful timing. It is unfortunate all this drama has been aired out online while all back orders are finally being fulfilled. WWD has filled orders in the past so it was hard to not recommend them until recently when the lack of order/payment took place... We hope to make things right and will share more of our internal plans in the coming weeks. I hate to say this as it's been so long already but please hang in there a little longer.
