Hab ein Paket in den USA bestellt, verschickt wird über Asendia und da der Status seit einem Monat auf 'Sendungsdaten erhalten' steht, hab ich mal den Support angeschrieben und folgende Antwort erhalten:
Hello, your method of shipping chosen was Asendia. Asendia is a low-cost freight consolidation service offering lower rates by consolidating packages. Although a tracking number was assigned, it is awaiting shipment to Asendia. Once we have consolidated their minimum required shipment weight, we can ship it to their location out of state. Once Asendia USA receives it, they will re-sort it and hand it off to the USPS. After USPS has scanned it, the tracking number will update. For future orders that require faster shipping services. We recommend using FedEx or USPS as those services leave directly from our warehouse without consolidation.
