This Master Plan Part 4, quite frankly, is not a plan at all. What it really is is a re-orientation of Tesla's mission from accelerating growth of sustainable energy to accelerating growth of "sustainable abundance". This was already clear to anyone to who paid any attention, but I digress. There are no details, no targets, no real objectives... nothing that can be measured. Just casual mentions of some very high level topics: technology, autonomy, robots, etc. Compare this plan to plans 1 & 2 and see for yourself.
