Man möge mich korrigieren aber das ist doch nicht was man unter "inside out tracking" versteht.
Dafür müssten die Controller ihre Bewegungen und Position aus Messdaten im Controller selbst ableiten können. Das wäre "inside out".
Ich kenn die Anwendung des Begriffes eigentlich auch nur auf die Positions/Bewegungsbestimmung des Headsets. Nicht der Controller.
